Grand Central Housing is an RPM project under construction in the city of Orange, NJ. When completed, Grand Central will provide a total of 70 affordable rental units with both underground and street level parking. It will become a state of the art sustainable building, participating in government environmental programs such as Climate Choice, Energy Star and LEED. Grand Central Housing is located at 219 South Center Street, Orange, NJ 07050.
